Coaching is a more direct and goal-focused approach. It is led by what you need and may involve more regular contact than a set session every week. It is a more hands-on way of working than counselling. Coaching can work across all areas of your life that you need help with, not just psychological issues. It may be that you need help with finding new ways of managing your time or around work goals and aspirations. 

Do you identify with the feeling of there being nowhere to hide? Whether you are in the public eye or not, so much of our lives is out there for others to see and comment on. Modern life creates pressures that can exacerbate issues with confidence. We can work together to overcome your anxieties and remove the blocks that stop you from being who and where you want to be.


Coaching aims to leave you feeling more in control and able to manage the different parts of your life. Coaching with me tends to be short term and intensive.
